  • Warm-Up: 100K, 50B, 50R (3x)
  • 125L (that’s 25S, 25R, 25B, 25K, 25S)
  • 6x25S (focus on technique)
  • 100S (give yourself a little break after that – in case you survive it)
  • 75K, 25B (4x)
  • relax: 50K (catch up stroke)
  • 12.5 diving with S-legs, then 12.5K-sprint (8x)
  • Cool down: 175B
