12 Hour First Aid Bag

(Swimming) Incredibly useful things to bring for a 12 hour swimming:

  • big towels (3 at least)
  • swimsuits (the more the better, they’re only dry once)
  • goggles + swimming cap

And now for the most important part: keeping warm!

  • at least two thermos flasks of hot drinks (or soup)
  • warm sleeping bag
  • beanie (your head gets cold first!)
  • reeeally warm clothes (the ones you’d wear for skiing)

Plus: Your own food*! + lots of chocolate + grape sugar + vaseline + gel (anti pain)

Surprisingly, I did not need anything to drive away the boredom. There wasn’t any. Plus, I was too blinded by chlorine and too tired to read anything containing more than three words in rather huge letters.
